TurnMyBnb wasn't born in a boardroom. It started in a cleaning van in the Greater Phoenix area.
"I didn't come from property management. I came from the infrastructure that powers it — and that changes everything about how you build software.
Before TurnMyBnb, I spent over a decade inside Microsoft engineering Azure Multi-Factor Authentication — one of the most mission-critical, high-availability systems in the world. I was one of the founding engineers at PhoneFactor, a security startup that Microsoft acquired, where I started in tier-1 support and worked my way to running the backend. After the acquisition, I owned deployments, monitoring, compliance, and reliability for Azure MFA at enterprise scale.
What that background gives TurnMyBnb is something most SaaS tools in this space can't claim: an engineer who knows exactly what it takes to build systems that don't break — under load, under edge cases, and under the pressure of real operations.
TurnMyBnb isn't a side project or a weekend MVP. It's architected the way enterprise infrastructure is: with reliability, observability, and scale built in from day one. Because I've been on the other side of a 3 AM outage, and I know what it costs when software fails the people depending on it."

Paying for a separate app just to send invoices — with arbitrary limitations — made no sense. TurnMyBnb generates invoices automatically, built right into the workflow.
After every job, there needed to be a clear record — proof of work, proof of condition. We built photo documentation directly into the task flow, not as an afterthought.
Manually cross-referencing checkout dates with cleaning schedules was eating hours every week. We built automated calendar sync directly with Airbnb, Vrbo, and more.
Basic questions — which properties are most profitable, which cleaners are most efficient — had no easy answers. We built a full analytics dashboard to surface that data instantly.
Subjective cleaning quality feedback is a constant source of friction. We added AI image analysis that reviews cleaning photos and returns an objective cleanliness score on every job.
Filing a damage report used to mean writing it from scratch under pressure. Now a photo and a brief description are all it takes — AI generates a complete, professional summary in seconds.
Did these tools exist elsewhere? Sure. But none were built by people who actually do this work — and it shows.
What started as a tool to help one cleaning business scale turned into a platform for hosts, cleaning companies, and property managers across the country.
