How does TurnMyBnb match cleaners with hosts?

A host only sees cleaners whose service area covers their location. Results are then ordered by a relevance score that weighs distance, how complete the cleaner's profile is, experience, stated availability, property-type fit, reliability once a cleaner has completed jobs, and any past connection with that host. Founding Cleaners get a small boost that can break ties but never outweighs real relevance. Placement cannot be bought.
Does TurnMyBnb charge cleaners a commission?

No. Cleaners pay 0% commission and keep 100% of their pay. Creating a profile is free for individual cleaners, and there are no per-clean fees. Hosts and cleaning companies pay for their own software subscriptions.
How do cleaners get paid?

Hosts pay you for the work. If you connect a bank account through Stripe, hosts can pay you through the platform and payouts go straight to your account. You can also arrange payment directly with a host and use TurnMyBnb's invoicing and earnings tools to keep track.
