Your properties and their cleanings come with you. Everything you can see today moves into your new Host workspace — same properties, same schedule, same history. Nothing is lost.
Your cleaning company connection stays exactly as it is. They stay connected as your cleaner, keep seeing the same jobs, and keep invoicing you the same way.
Your cleanings still land on your cleaner's schedule. Every turnover created from your calendar keeps going straight to them, exactly like it does today.
You take over the calendar link. If your properties sync by iCal, keeping that link current is now yours to manage — if a link ever changes or expires (Airbnb, Vrbo and Evolve all reissue them), update it on the property so bookings keep flowing.
You can connect your PMS directly. As a Host you get the Integrations page — connect OwnerRez, Hospitable, Guesty or HostAway and your bookings sync automatically, no iCal links to maintain at all.
Properties you sync from your calendar will belong to you. If your cleaning company already added those same properties, you'll each have a copy. Talk with them about who keeps which one — either they remove theirs, or they turn off calendar sync on it.
